A high quality sugar paste that is easy to work with giving a professional finish. No tearing during use or ‘elephant skin’ drying due to its unique formula. Designed to be suitable for use throughout the year. Ideal for high temperatures (up to 30 degrees) and for use in high humidity. Also suitable for refrigeration. The paste is soft and has high elasticity. It can be rolled as thin as 1mm. The icing has a delicate caramel scent and flavour. Gluten free, vegan friendly contains no hydrogenated fats.
