These delightful Daisy Sugar cake decorations are individually hand made using a hardened sugar paste which is cut, textured and formed to the finished shape, the edges of the petals are then dusted with food colour and finished with a yellow royal icing centre. They make great cupcake decorations, or they can be combined in a pattern to decorate a full sized cake.
