Massa Ticino Sugarpaste has fantastic properties that allow great consistency and malleability that prevents the sugarpaste from cracking or ripping.
This sugarpaste is made from all natural ingredients, meaning that the whole range is free from dairy, gluten, cholesterol, and AZO-dyes, plus they are suitable for vegans and vegetarians
It is recommended that 1kg of this sugarpaste is required for a 10″ cake.
Sugar, glucose syrup, water, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel), fat-reduced cocoa powder, vegetable oil (sunflower), gelling agent: tragacanth, cocoa powder, acid: citric acid, humectant: glycerol, preservative: sorbic acid, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavouring.
Produced in a facility that also handles marzipan & may contain traces of nuts.
